Peristaltic Pumps
Peristaltic pumps are volumetric equipment designed for the transfer of liquid, pasty or semi-solid products , with maximum delicacy and without contact between the fluid and the mechanical components.
Thanks to its operating principle based on the controlled compression of an elastomeric tube by rotating rollers, they guarantee a gentle, precise and completely sealed pumping, without risk of contamination or shearing of the product.
Manufactured under the FluidMIM line, the FL–PH (cast iron) and FL–PT (AISI 304L stainless steel) pumps offer stable performance, minimal maintenance and exceptional reliability even in demanding industrial environments, such as food, oenology, cosmetics, chemical or water treatment.
Peristaltic Foundry Pumps FL-PH
INOXMIM has designed the Peristaltic Foundry Pump FL – PH with the goal of extending the range of application for these pumping systems. With its cast iron or stainless steel range, the FL-PH is capable of meeting the requirements of sectors such as water treatment, chemical and paper manufacturing, mining, food processing, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
It can handle products including sludge, cellulose pulp, slurries, sediments, carbonates, coarse coal refuse, mortar, concrete, fibre cement, dyes, colorants, glue, resins, detergents, fertilizers, hydrocarbons, paint, ink, enamel, pigment, fat, waste oil, milk, yogurt, juice, fruit pulp, jam, wine, mayonnaise, cream, gel, concentrates, latex, mercury, etc… This pump can work with such a wide variety of products, regardless of whether they are low, medium or high viscosity, because the only contact between the product and the pump is through the tubing, avoiding contact between mechanical parts and the fluid.
These pumping systems have been specifically designed to increase pumping capacity (flow and pressure), in addition to extending the life of the tubing material. This allows the FL-PH to offer high performance combined with great durability.

The peristaltic pump can handle all kind of products without damaging them, since there is no contact between the mechanical parts and the fluid, even in the case of products with low, medium or high viscosity.
The FL–PT pump is highly recommended for working with liquids (wine, milk, olive oil and juices), with semisolid products (entire, mashed or squeezed grape, tomatoes and fruit salads) or other products of the industry (sludge, lime, carbonates, etc) thanks to the only contact between the pump and the product being through the hose.
