Determined to work for HpE Process Ltd when she read the job advert she ran down to get her application in and has never looked back – nor has the company.

Sue has carved out a very unique niche for herself starting as Operations Director responsible for ensuring none of the team step out of line. A calm head in a crisis Sue can balance the demands of customers, Account Managers and suppliers organising everything from stock levels to project management.

Sue has seen a lot of changes; proud of having helped steer the company through the financial trials and tribulations of the recession she is keen to be part of the team that makes HpE Process Ltd the number one supplier and go to problem solver for manufacturing and production in the UK.

When she isn’t balancing the budget for HpE Process Ltd she is juggling  her own work life balance as the mum of two boys and a keen interior designer.
