We are very pleased to announce the patent granting for our unique Wangen VarioTwin System for conveying viscose media and a procedure for conveying a viscose medium with this kind of patent.
Feeder unit with hopper and feed screw for gentle conveying of viscous and highly-viscous media.
“VarioTwin” – feeding system to the WANGEN Twin hygienic pump: thanks to the force feeding of the conveyed media into the pump via the feed screw, VarioTwin is the ideal feeder unit for conveying highly viscous, non-flowable media.
Customers can benefit from being able to pump and even wider range of media. To compensate for fluctuations of the media supply, the coreless screw conveyer ensures a large buffer volume during media supply. At the front part of the screw, excess amounts of conveyed material are transported to the back part of the hopper again, thereby compensating the delivery volume in the event of temporarily reduced material supply. This innovative design feature ensures uniform filling at all times during the feed process. What is more, the product guarantees simple, effective cleaning. The length of the hopper can be varied to cover the largest possible range of applications.
